Though the numbers have changed, the mes-sage is still sim-ple: hundreds of thousands of Haitians have been infected with cholera and thousands have died from the dis-ease.
Yet, Haiti is still left with-out water and sanitation infra-struc-ture or repa-ra-tions for the more than half a mil-lion vic-tims of the cholera out-break.
